The brief

Caring for a diabetic pet means watching the same things every single day.

How much it drinks and eats, its insulin shots, and any sign that something is wrong. Most owners keep that in their head, and the vet gets a rough memory of the last few weeks.

The client wanted an app for owners, not clinics. The request was a minimal interface that still made a long daily checklist feel easy.

    One routine a day

Required entries on top, optional ones below. The owner chooses which optional entries to keep.

  2. 02

A slider when you cannot measure

Thirst goes from not drinking to very thirsty. The exact amount is there for owners who measure it.

  3. 03

A call button on worrying signs

Ticking a sign opens a short note on why it matters, with the vet one tap away.

  4. 04

    A report for the vet

Daily, weekly or monthly reports, sent by email from the app.

  5. 05

    A week at a glance

Each entry has its own chart, so a change over the week is easy to see.

The admin portal

Owners log the day. The team behind the app sees the whole picture.

The portal shows how many owners, vets and pets are on the app, and which entries people use.

Each owner has a page with their pets, logs, reminders and reports, so support can see what the owner sees.
