What we do

We find what your business is missing. Then we make it real.

Six things you can hire us for, and one way of working. Take a single step, or the whole run from first question to launch.

  1. 01Discovery and product strategy
  2. 02Product design
  3. 03Brand identity
  4. 04Apps and web portals
  5. 05Business websites
  6. 06Testing, launch and care
01 · Find · One call, then a few days

Find the one thing worth building.

We sit with how the work really gets done in your business and write down where time, money or customers are slipping away. Then we name the one thing worth building first.

  • A map of how the work moves today
  • The problem, stated in one sentence
  • A short build plan with scope and price

Discovery and product strategy. Good for a business that knows something is slow or leaking but not what to build.

02 · Design · Two weeks as a sprint

See it and click it before anyone writes code.

We design the product as screens you can click through, so you see and test it before anyone writes code. Flows first, then interface, then a prototype.

  • User flows for the key jobs
  • Interface design for the core screens
  • A clickable prototype
  • A design system developers can build from

Product design. Good for an idea that needs to be seen, tested or funded before it is built.

03 · Design · One to three weeks

Give it a name and a face people remember.

A name people can say, a mark that works at the size of an app icon, and a look that fits the product. We test each route where it will actually live before choosing.

  • Logo and mark
  • App icon
  • Colour, type and visual language
  • Simple brand guidelines

Brand identity. Good for a new product, or one that has outgrown a logo made in a hurry.

04 · Build · Six to eight weeks for a first version

Build the app, and the portal behind it.

We build what we design: mobile apps for the people in the field or your customers, and web portals for the team behind them, on one backend so both always agree.

  • Android and iOS apps
  • Web apps, admin portals and dashboards
  • Accounts, roles, notifications and reports
  • Hosting set up in accounts you own

Apps and web portals. Good for a business ready to replace chats, calls and spreadsheets with one tool.

05 · Build · Three to four weeks

A website that shows the work and brings the enquiry.

A clear, fast website for a business whose work speaks for itself: studios, contractors, consultancies and brokerages. Projects shown properly, services explained plainly, and one obvious way to get in touch.

  • Five core pages and a project template
  • Responsive design and build
  • Simple editing for your projects
  • Titles, sitemap and search setup

Business websites. Good for a business whose website is out of date, broken, or not there yet. Fixed at $2,500.

06 · Check and keep · Built into every project, then monthly

Launch it, then keep it working.

We try to break it before your customers do, on real phones with real data shapes. Then we release it, get your team using it, and stay for fixes and the next feature.

  • Testing on real devices
  • Release to the app stores and the web
  • Team onboarding
  • 30 days of fixes, then a monthly plan if you want it

Testing, launch and care. Good for anyone who has been handed software that nobody tested.

How a project runs

Eight weeks, six steps, nothing hidden.

This is the usual run for a first version. Smaller jobs skip steps. Every step ends with something you can open, read or use.
  1. 01Day 1Free

    Listen

A 15-minute call. You talk us through a normal day: who does what, with which tools, and where it gets stuck. We ask questions and take notes. Nobody pitches.

    You get

    • A clear restatement of the problem
    • A yes or no on whether we can help

    We need from you

    • 15 minutes
    • Someone who knows how the work really gets done
  2. 02Days 2 to 5Free

    Plan

We write a short plan: what is working, what is costing you, and the one thing worth building first. If software is not the answer, the plan says so.

    You get

    • A written plan, two pages at most
    • Scope, timeline and a fixed price

    We need from you

    • Answers to a few follow-up questions
    • A look at the sheets or chats you use now
  3. 03Weeks 1 to 2Sprint

    Design

Flows first, then screens, then a prototype you can click on your own phone. You test it with the people who will use it before a line of code exists.

    You get

    • User flows for the key jobs
    • Designed core screens
    • A clickable prototype

    We need from you

    • Two short reviews a week
    • One person who can say yes
  4. 04Weeks 3 to 7Design and build

    Build

The same people who designed it build it. You get a working build every week, so progress is something you open and use, not a status report.

    You get

    • A build on your phone every week
    • App and web portal on one backend
    • Hosting in accounts you own

    We need from you

    • Weekly feedback on the build
    • Real sample data
  5. 05Week 8Included

    Test and launch

We try to break it on real phones before your customers can. Then we release it to the stores and the web, and get your team using it.

    You get

    • Testing on real devices
    • Store listings and release
    • Team onboarding

    We need from you

    • Your Apple and Google developer accounts
    • A date your team can switch over
  6. 06After launch30 days included

    Care

Fixes are covered for the first 30 days. After that you can keep the same team on a monthly plan for new features, or take everything and run it yourself.

    You get

    • 30 days of fixes
    • The designs, the code and the accounts
    • A monthly plan, only if you want one

    We need from you

    • Tell us what people actually do with it

Is it a fit?

We are a good fit if

  • Your team runs on chats, calls and spreadsheets, and things slip through.
  • You have an idea that needs to be seen and tested before you fund it.
  • You want to talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager.
  • You want a fixed price and a date in writing.

We are the wrong studio if

  • You need twenty developers next month. We are a small team on purpose.
  • You want a quote before anyone has asked how your business works.
  • The scope cannot be written down yet. Start with the free plan instead.

Questions

Questions about working with us.

No. Working that out is the first step, and it is free. You tell us how the business runs today; we tell you what is worth building first, and what is not.

That is normal for the businesses we work with. Many run on chats, calls and spreadsheets, and some on software that no longer fits. We start from how the work gets done, not from what you already have.

The same senior people from the first call to launch. The person you talk to is designing and testing your product, not passing notes to someone else.

Yes. We work remotely with businesses in the Gulf and Europe, and our day overlaps with both.

Everything we make for you: the designs, the code and the accounts it runs on.

A build includes 30 days of fixes. After that you can keep us on the monthly plan for new features, or take everything in-house.

A small team, a tight scope, and AI tools for the repetitive parts. A person still designs every screen and tests every flow.
